The U.S. Gold Bureau has been in business since 2003. Ownership changed hands in mid-2008 when the company was acquired by its now current owners. Since that time, the U.S. Gold Bureau has experienced significant growth while charting a course of excellence within the precious metals industry. Most recently, our parent company (Lone Star Tangible Assets) was selected by the State of Texas to build and operate the Texas Bullion Depository, the only state-administered precious metals storage facility in the country. This allows us to provide highly secure storage options with complete state oversight, available at some of the most competitive prices in the industry.

What to Expect
It is our desire to exceed your expectations and provide you with a pleasant, thorough, and discreet precious metals purchasing experience. As part of your consideration for conducting business with the U.S. Gold Bureau, we feel it’s important to share some information with you regarding the way in which your funds are handled by our firm. This section is also intended to serve as our written promise and validation to you that we will fulfill your order exactly as it has been confirmed. As a matter of convenience, we offer four ways to fund your purchase:
ACH (Electronic Check)
In order to finalize the specifics of your order, one of our floor supervisors will come on the line to verify all order specifics. This is a quality assurance measure that we take with each order and it allows you an important opportunity to speak with a second voice. As a last step, the floor supervisor will play our standard company disclaimer message. At the end, you will need to agree to our terms and conditions of sale with a verbal "yes" in order for your order to be confirmed. Once your transaction is locked and verified, the metals you purchased are immediately allocated to your order. You will receive an email confirmation along with your order number within 1 business day. The order then goes into our fraud verification process. Our standard ship time is 2 weeks. Upon shipment, you will receive a second email confirming your shipment along with a tracking number (standard Fedex 2 day ground delivery, USPS if delivering to a PO Box). All orders are insured by Lloyds of London until you sign for delivery. At that point, it is your responsibility to ensure the safeguard of your metals. All orders are protected by our Terms of Sale and Buy Back Guarantee.
