Step 1: Order & Funds Verifications
Once an order has successfully passed the funds and fraud verification process, it is considered approved and sent to our shipping department for fulfillment. Here, your order will go through an additional verification process prior to being sent out the door. Industry-leading technology, including high-definition cameras and inventory control systems, ensure that every order is accurate and has been packaged correctly and according to our standards.
Fraud Checks for Every Order
Our security and compliance team rigorously verifies each order to ensure compliance with KYC, AML, OFAC requirements. If an order fails verification, it is promptly canceled, and a notification email is sent.
Funds Verification Process
We proudly comply with all anti-money laundering provisions of the U.S. Patriot Act; Section 352 and our employees undergo anti-money laundering training.
