Description:

Great way to invest in small amounts of gold. Each coin contains .04838 Troy oz of pure gold. These coins (Type 3) are referred to as "Indian Princess Head" or "Large Head" coins. They feature on the obverse a left facing Liberty who is without her typical crown. In place of the crown is a Native American headdress with "United States of America" on it. The reverse of the coin has a wreath that his a tribute to contributions in agriculture of each state. Also included are the year of issue and the $1 denomination. These coins come from a variety of mints including Philadelphia, San Francisco, Charlotte, and Dahlonega.

Coins in this category are in Uncirculated (UNC) condition, meaning they could have noticeable bagmarks, poor luster, or a poor strike.
