2024 1oz Silver Philharmonic Coin Highlights:
The popular continuation of the Austrian Philharmonic outside its origins in the gold bullion market is the Austrian Silver Philharmonic, which was founded in 2008. The coin, which is produced by the Austrian Mint, has the same designs as the gold Philharmonic pieces from that country.
One of the world's oldest mints is the Austrian Mint, or Münze Österreich AG. It was founded in 1194 and has a long history of creating superior medals, coins, and other numismatic items. In the past, the Austrian Mint produced national coins; in the present, it has been producing the Austrian Philharmonic bullion series since 1989.
The Great Pipe Organ is shown on the obverse of the Austrian Silver Philharmonic Coin for 2024. The Great Pipe Organ is the third organ erected in the Musikverein, which has been the home of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra for more than 150 years. Since the 1910s, it has been in operation.
The 2024 1 oz Silver Philharmonic Coins' back has an image of musical instruments. This group of instruments, which comprises a cello, four violins, a harp, a bassoon, and a French horn, is reminiscent of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra.
