The 1995 Gold Eagle Proofs as a group, with a total of 202,083 total Proof coins minted, they still only rank 8th overall among all four-coin issues between 1988-2006.
NGC Certified Population Summary:
Additionally, through June 26, 2009, a total of only 456 four coin Gold Eagle Proofs sets from 1995 had been certified by NGC in Proof 70 condition.
